Idli

Idli is a steamed rice cake loved for its soft and fluffy texture. Our ready-to-cook idli mix delivers perfect idlis with authentic taste and no soaking or grinding.

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Add 1 volume of Idli mix with 1½ volumes of water and mix into a batter without lumps.

Step 2: Allow to stand without disturbing for 5-10 minutes. Stir batter to a minimum extent, while handling; otherwise idlis may become hard. Grease idli moulds lightly with oil.

Step 3: Pour batter into each mould, filling ¾th.

Step 4: Place moulds in idli steamer and steam on medium flame for 15-20 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
