Rava Idli

Rava Idli is an instant semolina-based idli that's light, flavorful, and easy to prepare. This mix brings you classic Karnataka-style rava idlis in just minutes.

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Add 1 cup of Rava Idli mix with 2 cups of curd and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Grease idli moulds lightly with oil.
Step 3: Pour batter into each mould, filling ¾th.
Step 4: Place moulds in idli steamer and steam on medium flame for 15-20 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
