Rava Dosa is a crispy and flavorful semolina-based dosa that requires no fermentation. This instant mix lets you make golden rava dosas quickly and easily.

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Add 1 cup of rava dosa mix with 2 cups of water to get a thin, watery batter (buttermilk consistency) and let stand for about 15 minutes.

Step 2: Splash/Splinkle (don't spread) the batter on pre-heated pan.

Step 3: Fill gaps with more batter if needed.
