Ragi Idli is a nutritious version of traditional idli made with finger millet. This high-fiber idli mix is ideal for healthy and balanced breakfasts.
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Add 1 volume of Ragi Idli mix with 1 volume of curd and mix into a batter without lumps.
Step 2: Add more curd if necessary to bring it to idli consistency.
Step 3: Allow to stand without disturbing for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4: Stir batter to a minimum extent, while handling; otherwise Idlis may become hard.
Step 5: Grease idli moulds lightly with oil. Pour batter into each mould, filling ¾th.
Step 6: Place moulds in idli steamer and steam on medium flame for 15-20 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
