Set Dosa

Set Dosa is a soft, spongy delicacy that pairs perfectly with chutney or kurma. Our mix ensures perfectly fluffy set dosas with just minimal preperation.

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Add 1 volume of dosa mix, stirring continuously to 1½ volumes of water and mix gently to get an uniform batter without lumps.

Step 2: Let it stand for about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Pour a laddle of batter in the centre on pre-heated tawa to make a thick, round dosa.

Step 4: Drizzle oil and cover with lid on medium flame. No need to flip. It will be golden at the bottom and fluffy on top!
