Neer Dosa

Neer Dosa is a traditional Mangalorean rice crepe known for its soft, delicate texture. This ready-to-cook mix makes it easy to enjoy authentic neer dosa at home in minutes.

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Mix 1 cup of Neer Dosa Mix with 1¼ cup of water (pouring consistency) & add salt to taste.

Step 2: Apply oil over a well seasoned cast iron or non-stick dosa tawa.

Step 3: Sprinkle/splash (don’t spread) a ladle of batter and cover with a lid.

Step 4: Fill gaps with more batter if needed.

Step 5:Cook for a couple of minutes and your neer dosa is ready!
