Mangalore Bajji is a light and fluffy fritter made with curd and spices. This instant mix delivers traditional Mangalorean flavor in every bite.

 

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Add 250gms Bajji mix to 125 grams of curd & mix well.

Step 2: Add above to 50ml of water & mix in one direction & prepare loose & sticky dough. The consistency should be neither too loose nor too stiff.

Step 3: Freshly cut coconut pieces can be added. Let the batter remain for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Heat the oil for deep frying & drop lemon sized dough & turn the heat down to medium.

Bajji is ready when it turns light golden brown!
